It’s not a secret we love robots here at BLR, so we wanted them to be the heroes in our latest promo clip. Luxury cars with powerful engines to drive through roads under severe speed restrictions, cable TV that allows us to pay to watch all kind of sports, all from our comfortable sofa, and of course, hyper expensive cell phones that do almost everything but making a decent phone call.
Yes, our happiness is based on things we don’t need and governed by entities we don’t control, so what? Sit down and turn on the tv!
The robots were taken from real Japanese robot model kits, and they now hold a privileged position in our freak museum. The bad guy spits real smoke out of its mouth! The environment is made of cardboard houses that were integrated with the help of camera tweaks. It all serves to the purpose of creating a dumb homogeneous atmosphere in which we’re defined by what we’ve got, that is, the same lame things.
Don’t take the message too seriously. This is a promo video we’ve done to laugh at ourselves. We all have an i-diot inside, and it’s so fun!

Yesterday VS (victoria secret) recorded ''BIRDS OF PARADISE'' show. Im not a fan of this commercial shows at all, but my timeline was flooded with images, behind scenes, videos etc etc.... So ok now you have my attention and in a little research this is what i found.
Now this is the roster for 2013 class...
But shit happen!! Lais Ribeiro was injured (ankle) at backstage so she can't walk.
And a few other girls was rejected because shit happen...
In other words, it's imperative that Victoria's Secret customers like the models it features.
It also sheds insight into why the retailer famously rejected Kate Upton. Her constant sexy pictorials and commercials are threatening to other women and would turn off potential customers.
The brand also parted ways with former Angel Miranda Kerr earlier this year. Insiders speculated that her hot career made female customers feel threatened by her.
Erin Heatherton, who was prominently featured in the show last year, is also rumored to be out. Heatherton is known for her famous boyfriends — she's dated actor Leonardo DiCaprio and Browns player Jordan Cameron.
Meanwhile, the top Victoria's Secret Angels are wives and mothers who are often photographed with their families.
Being a Victoria's Secret Angel pays off. Eight of the top 10 highest-paid models in the world have worked for the retailer.
“Becoming an Angel significantly increases a model’s earning potential due to their visibility around the world,” Habberly told WWD. “It changes the girls’ careers completely.”

when you start as photog you notice most of the local bussiness are hiring talent all the time for publicity, campaigs, or just to make promos. but also you notice all this talent come from another town, yes unless you live at NYC retailers hire talent from another cities. that is why I was very scpetical when yubia fierro tell me about this ''newsletter'' project with the most bigger luxury retailer at el paso texas. Now after some photoshoots for them I just can say THANK YOU for hire local talent, thank you for develop and help local talent.
You know will be an awesome photoshoot when you model give you welcome with a ''jager'' bottle and super cold stella....
